Just let us know:
a) when you break even.
b) make a profit.
c) when you recover from a whole year of psychological torture that Nintendo Europe caused by not releasing the game.
d) if and when Nintendo decides to release the game worldwide. |
a, b: we are forbidden by contract to disclose details about such matters, but IF we make a profit I suppose that doesn't have to remain secret.
c: I don't feel tortured by Nintendo Europe.
d. Well, of course. |

| | You are actually forbidden from commenting on recovering personal investment?
I mean saying "I broke even" doesn't really reveal anything... not the amount you spent or recovered.
That is one harsh policy.
How can you not feel tortured by Nintendo?
Given that R4 is as precious to you as let's say your nuts, Nintendo had em in cold cold storage for a year for no good reason. |

Because it is incorrect to assume Nintendo is the only party involved in the nut-storage process. |

I looked it up. Although we are forbidden to disclose detailed information, we are allowed to discuss the sales "in general terms". So, yes, we can say if we broke even. |
