An update to R4 would be rather nice. There gotta be a way to implement that widescreen mode...

But yeah, rather interesting to hear you guys are working on a new project!

EDIT: "We will revise the game design" for AotB "and then reboot the project." -  - Don't think that you can simply throw away the old AotB! Keep what you got so far and include it on a separate disc to the new AotB later. (i.e. in a reprint? - I am sure there are two dozen of possible ways to release 'the old AotB' later without stealing 'the new AotB's thunder)

Well, there is always the option to simply letterbox it. That's what we did in Polyko. But of course this cuts off about a quarter of the screen, which is not desirable in the case of Rush Rush Rally Racing.

Don't worry, it's not as bad as it sounds. The decision for a reboot was made because it was really necessary. The project in its previous state was lacking direction. This slowed it down. Re-thinking both the game and our development strategy has helped us set clearer goals and will benefit the end product in every way.

Besides, making an "old" and a "new" version would take much more time. It is never the easiest decision to make, but sometimes it really is better to just drop some of the things you've spent a lot of time on, because they're just weighing you down.
