they usually do, I took mine to a Saturn/Mediamarkt last year to test a few hdtvs out (if I was gonna spend €600 on a new tv solely for my old consoles, I was bloody well gonna test my fav one out); the guy in the store (I'm guessing he was 25 >30) had never seen one; but he said it looked way better on a samsung lcd than his ps2  (obviously I brought my vgabox as well  )
I had taken 3 games or so with me (sonic adventure, the new DUX & crazy taxi, to see how the tv reacted at different game speeds), in no time there was a bunch of kids staring in awe at my little white box of fun asking wat it was & where they could get one .
yess...showing a DC in a public place can (still) do bring out the best in folks |
